We will be going to the lab tomorrow, and will hopefully be finishing up Part I of the database project. I know students will be concerned about this, I just wanted to send out a message. We are using Microsoft Works to create the project. Many students saved it to their flash drive, so they can work on it from home. Microsoft Works is a very basic application for creating drawings, databases, word processing, and spreadsheets. Unless you have a mac, your computer automatically came with this program.
Update: Most students went to the computer lab today and had an opportunity to work on their database projects. They should have just about completed this assignment.
We will be taking a Spelling test tomorrow over compound words. The word list is in spellingcity.com. I'm sorry, I keep forgetting!!

I gave a test on Tuesday before the break, and decided since many students had not been using their resources on spellingcity.com to study -- that I would give them over the break to prepare for the test. We took the test on Monday and students did much better.
